We raise up service teams to come alongside city projects, delivering love and goodness into the community.

We provide charitable services such as relief of the poor and distressed or of the underprivileged; advancement of religion, education or science; lessening of the burdens of government; lessening neighborhood tensions and community deterioration; and promotion of social welfare.

Tim Jones

Tim has been leading teams to serve Austin since 2018. With the help of Wes Bickham, he brought Bethel Austin Church together with Austin Parks and Recreation Department and the Other Ones Foundation to jointly clean up abandoned homeless camps in park land, provide jobs through the Other Ones' program, and invest in those individuals. Those teams grew to include participation by Boy Scouts and other groups. During the pandemic the teams transitioned to participating in the Austin EAT Initiative to deliver food and supplies to those in need. City Conservation Corps was founded to continue this work, coming alongside city programs and releasing love and goodness.
